What we collect, why we collect it, and what we never do with it.

Only what the service needs: the contact detail you reach us on, the plan you chose, and the technical data required to deliver a stream to your device. If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is held by WhatsApp under its own terms.
We do not build viewing profiles for advertising, we do not sell or rent personal data to anyone, and we do not require an account with a third-party network to use the service. This site has no comment system and no social tracking pixels.
If analytics is enabled, it is used solely to understand which pages are read and where visitors struggle. It is configured with a measurement identifier held in an environment variable, and when that is not set the site loads no analytics at all.
The site itself sets no marketing cookies. A language preference may be stored in your browser so the correct locale loads on your next visit. Clearing your browser storage removes it.
Subscription records are kept for as long as the subscription is active and afterwards only as long as accounting obligations require. Support conversations are kept while they are useful for helping you and are deleted on request.
Under the GDPR you may request access to the data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Message us and we will handle the request; we do not charge for it and we do not require a form.
